Select the supplier model, exact color, size and quantity. 2. Prefill the latest known blank estimate for that variant. 3. Add transfer expense for every print position. 4. Apply the appropriate under-six base retail tier and per-shirt add-ons. 5. Prompt for a manual quote when quantity is six or more, half-back is used, center-neck pricing is needed, or a garment does not match a known tier. 6. Before finalizing the quote, confirm actual blank and transfer costs. 7. Save the actual costs used so later supplier-price changes do not alter the completed job's profit.
