These SMS Terms & Conditions govern service-related text messages sent by Donnie Evetts in connection with customer bookings, events, payments, documents, and related services.

Program Description

Customers who provide their mobile phone number and expressly consent to receive text messages may receive service-related SMS communications regarding their booking or customer relationship.

Messages may include booking confirmations, payment receipts, payment status updates, event reminders, scheduling information, questionnaire or document links, and other communications directly related to services requested by the customer.

This SMS program is not intended for unsolicited marketing or lead generation.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

Customers may provide SMS consent through an approved opt-in method, including an optional web-form checkbox or verbal consent during the booking process.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your booking, event, payment activity, scheduling needs, and other service-related activity. Most customers will receive only occasional messages.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to opt out.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you later provide consent again.
